Our licensed architects and engineers design, alter and rehabilitate historic and contemporary buildings alike. They work closely with our planners and construction team to deliver an efficient and successful code compliant project.

 Our project managers have municipal planning experience working as City Planners with the Bay Area cities of San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and Daly City processing all levels of land use entitlements and building permits. 

 We provide full site acquisition services including leasing, zoning and construction management necessary for the construction of telecommunication facilities. Types of facilities include rooftop installations, right of way encroachments, and in-building communication systems. 

 We monitor and administer CEQA mitigations required where environmental analysis is necessary for development, including traffic mitigation monitoring, air quality and diesel emission reduction programs, storm water pollution prevention reporting and historic preservation leading to historic resource reporting.
